Legal agreement for using Texcohub services

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Texcohub platform, website, mobile application, and all related services including USA virtual numbers, affordable data plans, SMM boosting, API, and referral programs. By registering an account or using Texcohub services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. Definitions

“Platform” refers to the Texcohub website, mobile app, dashboard, API, and any associated services.
“User” means any individual or entity that accesses or uses the platform.
“Services” include virtual USA numbers, SMS/OTP solutions, data top‑ups, SMM orders (followers, likes, views), utility payments, and any other digital products offered.

2. Eligibility

To use Texcohub, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
  • Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
  • Not be located in a country subject to US trade sanctions or where our services are prohibited

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or terminate access at our sole discretion.

3. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
  • Use a strong, unique password and enable two‑factor authentication where available
  • Not share your account credentials with any third party

Texcohub is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.

4. Services Provided

Texcohub may offer the following services (subject to change):

  • Virtual USA numbers (non‑VoIP, for OTP and verification)
  • Global eSIM and physical data plans (120+ countries)
  • Social media marketing (SMM) – real followers, likes, views, comments
  • Developer REST API for numbers, SMS webhooks, and data top‑ups
  • Affiliate and referral programs
  • Cable and utility bill payments (select regions)

Specific features and availability may vary by region. We strive to deliver services as described, but third‑party providers may affect delivery timelines.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT use Texcohub services for:

  • Illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, or any violation of applicable laws
  • Spam, phishing, harassment, or distributing malicious content
  • Reselling or sublicensing services without explicit written permission
  • Circumventing security measures, reverse engineering the platform, or scraping data
  • Using virtual numbers for unlawful verification, scams, or bypassing platform restrictions
  • Abusing referral systems (e.g., self-referrals, fake accounts)

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action.

6. Payments & Billing

All payments are processed securely via our third‑party payment gateways. By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price, including any applicable taxes or fees.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice (but changes will not affect already placed orders).
  • We accept credit/debit cards, cryptocurrencies (BTC, USDT), PayPal, and mobile money where available.
  • Transaction records on the platform are considered final proof of purchase.

If a payment fails or is disputed, we may suspend service until the issue is resolved.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of most services, refunds are limited to specific cases:

  • Eligible for refund: Duplicate transactions, technical failure preventing service delivery within 24 hours, or non‑delivery of a virtual number that remains unactivated.
  • No refunds for: User errors (wrong country code, incorrect social media handle), completed SMM orders, data that has been consumed, change of mind, or violation of these Terms.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction via support ticket. We will review each case individually.

8. Service Availability & Limitations

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third‑party provider outages, force majeure (natural disasters, cyberattacks, government actions) may cause delays or interruptions. Texcohub is not liable for any losses resulting from such events.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, software, and code on the platform are owned by Texcohub or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part without our prior written consent. “Texcohub” and the rocket logo are registered trademarks.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Texcohub and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Texcohub, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or infringement of any third‑party rights.

12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

  • You breach any provision of these Terms
  • We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Required by law or law enforcement

Upon termination, you must cease using the platform, and we may delete your account data subject to legal retention requirements. Unused credits may be forfeited.

13. Third‑Party Providers

Some services (e.g., SMS delivery, data roaming, social media APIs) rely on external partners. Texcohub is not responsible for the actions, delays, or failures of these third‑party providers, but we will use reasonable efforts to resolve issues.

14. Modifications to Terms or Services

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the website. Your continued use of Texcohub after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree, you must stop using the platform and close your account.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Texcohub shall first be attempted to be resolved through good‑faith negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class actions.
